Therefore, please be as specific as possible in your request. If the request relates to information that Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ needs to make the Site function properly for you, you may not be able to use the Site properly moving forward.

How do we protect and retain your information?
Our Site is checked on a regular basis for security holes in order to make your visit to our Site as safe as reasonably possible. We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your PII. Your PII is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted.
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ does not ask for credit card numbers outside of secure payment forms. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
While Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ takes the issue of protecting your PII seriously, you should exercise discretion in what information you disclose and/or transmit to the Site. Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ cannot guarantee that information sent over the Internet is fully secure, as it may be intercepted by others before it reaches Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ. Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ retains collected information for a reasonable amount of time in order to fulfill the stated purpose for why the information was collected. Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ also will retain collected information connected to business records for periods of time required by law. Our collection times will be consistent with applicable law.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for individuals 18 years of age and older located in the United States, although Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ may collect certain PII and other data offline from students and prospective students who are under 18 in connection with the administration of our nonprofit educational programs, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletic programs, and other school-administered programs.
The Site is not directed at, marketed to, or intended for anyone under 13 years of age.
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ does not and will not knowingly collect or request any information, including PII, from minors under the age of 13 on or through the Site, nor is the Site directed at or intended for
minors. If you are outside of the United States, you are responsible for complying with any local laws regarding use of the Site, and related data collection. You also agree and acknowledge that by providing any information, including PII, through the Site, that such information will be transmitted to, and stored in, the United States.
